Aşil Tendonu

Aşil tendonu vücuttaki en kalın ve en sağlam tendondur. Bacağın ortalarında proksimalde gastrocnemius kasına yapışık bir şekilde başlar. Tendonun kalkaneusda sonlandığı yerin yaklaşık 12-15 cm proksimalinde gastrocnemius kasının her iki başı soleus kasıyla kaynaşır ve soleus kasından lifler alarak aşağı doğru devam eder. Kalkaneusun yaklaşık olarak 5-6 cm proksimalinde gastrocnemius ve soleus kaslarından gelen tendonlar kaynaşır ve tek bir tendon haline gelir.

🇪🇸¿Tienes dolor lumbar? Entonces este ejercicio de control lumbopélvico llamado Dead Bug va dirigido a ti. .
.
*IMPORTANTE: Lo primordial de este ejercicio es mantener la curvatura lumbar en posición neutra, es decir, ni exagerando la curvatura lumbar ni realizando una rectificación de ella durante la realización del ejercicio. Para mantener la posición neutra es necesaria una buena activación de la musculatura profunda durante la realización del ejercicio. El movimiento realizado en este ejercicio será lento. .

️‍️Fases del Dead Bug:

*La posición de partida siempre será la de la foto: brazos en dirección al techo y flexión de cadera y rodilla a 90º.

1️⃣ En dicha posición de partida, se buscará únicamente ir a tocar con la punta del pie la camilla (SOLO realizando una flexión de rodilla) y volver a la posición inicial, seguidamente haremos lo mismo con el otro pie. 
2️⃣ En dicha posición de partida, MANTENIENDO los 90º de rodilla, se buscará tocar con la punta del pie la camilla (SOLO realizando una extensión de cadera) y volver a la posición inicial, seguidamente haremos lo mismo con el otro pie. 
3️⃣ En dicha posición de partida, haremos el mismo movimiento que en la segunda fase, pero esta vez añadiremos movimiento de los brazos, es decir, el brazo pasará de posición vertical a horizontal, como si quisiéramos tocar la camilla. Importante: se realiza en diagonales, es decir, cuando se produzca el movimiento de la pierna D, el brazo que se moverá será el I. El movimiento será SIMULTÁNEO.

4️⃣ En dicha posición de partida, haremos el mismo movimiento que en la tercera fase, pero en lugar de realizar el ejercicio en cadena diagonal se realizará en cadena longitudinal. Es decir, cuando se produzca el movimiento de la pierna D, el brazo que se moverá también será el D. El movimiento será SIMULTÁNEO. 
5️⃣ En dicha posición de partida, haremos el mismo movimiento que en la tercera fase, pero en este caso extenderemos del todo la pierna. Es decir, se hará en cadena diagonal, pero en el movimiento de la pierna no se mantendrá la flexión a 90° de la rodilla. El movimiento será SIMULTÁNEO.

Mobilização neural

A mobilização neural é um método de tratamento do tecido nervoso, com técnicas de terapia manual aplicada pelo fisioterapeuta tendo como finalidade a restauração do movimento ativo e passivo devido ao ganho de elasticidade deste tecido. A técnica consiste em movimentos oscilatórios e brevemente mantido, desta forma ganhando sua elasticidade.

️HAMSTRING FLEXIBILITÄT ⬅️

Eine ausreichende Hamstring Flexibilität ist aus vielerlei Hinsicht sehr wichtig. Das weiß auch @cristiano

Durch Flexibilitätseinschränkungen kann es zu multiplen Fehlbelastungen im Knie-/Hüftgelenk  sowie im Bereich des unteren Rückens (LWS) kommen. Außerdem hast du durch die Flexibilitätseinschränkungen ein erhöhtes Risiko für Hamstring Verletzungen (Zerrungen/Muskelfaserriss)‼️

Aus diesem Grund habe ich dir drei Übungen zur Verbesserung deiner Hamstring Flexibilität in den Videos markiert .

1️⃣Myofasciale Behandlung mit der blackroll
2️⃣Dehnung Hamstrings in Rückenlage 
3️⃣Dehnung Hamstrings im Ausfallschritt 

Suche bei Übung 1 nach mindestens 5 Schmerzpunkten und bleibe so lange auf der schmerzhaften Stelle bis der Schmerz weniger wird🤣. Führe bei Übung 2 und 3 jeweils 2 Mal 12 Wiederholungen durch. Das ganze 3 Mal pro Woche.

‍️As we have learned before in previous posts. Our Spine is a S shaped structure with natural curves at different regions. Lordosis is an inward curve which is normal. But, if this curve grows more inward it is called Hyper lordosis or commonly called Lordosis. Also called Swayback if seen in Lower back; also seen in Neck called Cervical Lordosis. 🤔Can appear as swayback, buttocks more prominent in an exaggerated posture. It can be painful and might affect movement. Common Causes 
Discitis 
Kyphosis 
Obesity 
Osteoporosis As the curvature can put pressure on Spine, Lordosis can often cause pain and restriction in movement. What helps ?
 Pelvic tilts on a exercise ball can help in stretching the spine.
Spine Manipulation can help in reduction of pain and in restoring movement.

Dormir de barriga para baixo, e com a cabeça virada para o lado pode provocar dor nas costas e prejudicar as articulações intervertebrais do pescoço, e esta posição ainda pode levar ao torcicolo.

Deve-se deitar de lado, colocando um travesseiro por baixo da cabeça e outro entre as pernas, ou deitar de barriga para cima, dobrando ligeiramente as pernas e colocando um travesseiro fino debaixo dos joelhos.
Além disso, deve-se usar um colchão firme, de espuma, que distribua o peso do corpo de forma uniforme.

2. Arrumar a casa com as costas dobradas
Normalmente, nas tarefas domésticas é comum dobrar as costas para frente enquanto arruma a casa, passa o pano ou varre o chão, por exemplo. Esta postura sobrecarrega as articulações, podendo causar dor nas costas e no pescoço.

Nestes casos, é essencial fazer as tarefas mantendo as costas sempre retas. Optar por cabos de vassoura mais altos pode ajudar a manter a boa postura nas tarefas domésticas.

3. Passar muitas horas na mesma posição
Geralmente, ao passar muitas horas na mesma posição, fazendo tarefas repetidas, como estar sentado ao computador ou na caixa do supermercado ou mesmo em pé nas lojas, por exemplo, causa dor nas costas, pode levar a inchaço das pernas e dos pés, a má circulação do sangue e a prisão de ventre.

Idealmente, deve-se andar de um lado para o outro durante 5 minutos a cada uma hora na mesma posição, esticando e alongando pernas, braços e o pescoço para evitar inchaço e dores nas costas.

Know that you are NOT alone. Every run community pushes you to run longer and longer. You are a tough woman with goals and I completely get that, I have so been there and I ran myself into the ground. Seriously.

Running gets you addicted to the high but you are a BUSY, TIRED and STRESSED mother runner. You are unique. You have hormones and kids to think about. You are balancing a career and probably not sleeping. You are the CEO of your home with a million important roles and responsibilities fighting for yoru time and energy. 
Is anyone talking to you about those things? How is all that impacting you and hitting your goals?

Too much running without great nutrition, without a solid base of strength, without adequate sleep and without your life stress and inflammation dialled in is causing hormonal burn out, exhaustion, sugar cravings and weight gain. 
You need to build a base of lean muscle which revs metabolism all day. 
You need a solid nutrition plan based on macro nutrition strategies that has you eating the right food, in the right portions, at the right times and for the right reasons to balance blood sugars, eliminate cravings and push your body into fat burning mode. 
You need 7 - 9 hours of sleep to regulate stress and hunger hormones, to facilitate muscle growth and reduce sugar cravings. 
You need to be able to reduce the stress and inflammation of training and LIFE to shut off yoru bodies fat storing hormones and allow yoru thyroid to do its job and manage metabolism. 
When you are running and running LONG without everything else dialed in you are a hormonal mess, running on empty, holding weight in all the wrong places, exhausted, irritable, caving sugar, eating everything insight, likely gaining weight and FRUSTRATED.

CHILD’S POSE -

Stretching Research Review Key Points: (link in bio) •	There are various modes of stretching including static, dynamic, ballistic, and PNF. •	For improving flexibility, static stretching appears to be a very effective intervention both in the short and long term. •	Dynamic stretching appears to improve performance and confer more pre-competition benefits than static stretching. •	Aggressive static stretching can decrease strength and power output if performed immediately prior to competition. •	Static stretching appears to improve flexibility by improving stretch tolerance, as well as possibly altering the histological structure when completed for long durations at relatively high intensities. •	Stretching does not appear to affect resting posture. •	Static stretching prior to competition does not appear to decrease the rate of sports related injuries. •	Dynamic warm ups and strength training programs do appear to decrease the rates of sports related injuries. •	Stretching does appear to increase stiffness of tendons through application of sustained tension loading, thus allowing for less energy to be lost during the stretch-shortening cycle subsequently allowing greater force output. •	The stretching induced impact on tissue stiffness, which could be both negative and beneficial dependent upon the client and requirements of their activities. In cases of low back pain (LBP) where pain also radiates into the leg (radicular pain), one of the goals in rehabilitation is to determine if the patient's symptoms can be reduced by placing the spine in a particular position (flexion or extension-swipe left to see videos of these positions). If a position is found that reduces pain, this is referred to as the patient's directional preference and is used as a guideline when prescribing exercise/movement.

When radiating pain is present, it is important to understand that if pain leaves the leg and moves closer to the spine (centralization phenomenon), this is a sign of neural desensitization and recovery. On the other hand, if pain spreads farther away from the spine (peripheralization), this is a sign that the condition is worsening.

If you are experiencing LBP that radiates into the leg, it can be very helpful to see if you can find your own directional preference and, at the same time, identify any positions that worsen symptoms. In the picture shown here, this patient may have reported increased symptoms when in spinal flexion (sitting, bending to the ground, etc) and reduced pain with extension (laying on their stomach, standing, etc)

In this case (which is actually quite common), extension would be this individual's directional preference and they would be advised to avoid positions of prolongedor repetitive flexion and use extension positions or repeated movements (i.e. standing and arching the low back 10-15 times) to create centralization and speed recovery.

@taylor.eckel For young active people with an acute tear, isn’t surgery often the best option? I’ve also seen data that the failure of the repair doesn’t necessarily effect patient outcomes. (I’m assuming this would be in older populations but I don’t remember)

Trigger points 
These are sensitive spots within the muscle and can be described as knots. These areas can cause pain from where it originates or further away from the spot where it is palpated. The trigger point is a tight band of skeletal muscle where some of the fibres within this band are ‘stuck’ in contraction which therefore reduces the overall effectiveness of that muscle and therefore the movement of your animal.

They can cause discomfort and I’m sure at some point we have all felt one. They can occur due to:
muscle overuse
mechanical overload
Trauma Muscle strain
Compensatory movement due to a weakness/post surgery/injury

Massage can help increase blood flow to these areas where blood flow has been restricted due to the contraction of the muscle and therefore encourage nutrients and  oxygen to the area. In some cases if chronic trigger points persist electrotherapies can help break down adhesions and deeper trigger points.
